Integrated financial applications can help firms navigate the crisis by tying together critical information such as current cash balances and the status of their commercial cash flows.

• For online products that can be delivered immediately through our Small Business Solutions, there is a 5-day cash refund period and a 6-14 day service credit period.
   
• For offline products, monthly subscriptions and annual package report services, there is a 30-day cash refund period and a 31-45 day service credit period.
   
• For a Credit Builder purchase, a unique Duns number and business credit file are created for your company.  Due to the extensive amount of work required to complete the file, cancellations will not be accepted after the work has been completed.
   
• For annual subscription services, there is a 90-day cash refund period and a 91-180 day service credit period.  Customers will be refunded for the unused portion of the subscription or option chosen. Customers who cancel their subscription service within the first ninety days will be charged the full retail price for any BusinesScope and/or SelfMonitor products ordered within such ninety day period.  Customers who cancel their Credit Basics subscription within the first thirty days will be charged the full retail price for the first Credit eValuator Plus report ordered within the first thirty day period where only one Credit eValuator Plus has been ordered.
